What are cacti and aloe for?

Cacti and aloe grow in the desert biome and can be harvested.

• Cactus gives edible cactus pieces and cloth.

• Aloe gives edible aloe pieces (no cloth). Eating a piece slightly restores hunger and thirst and gives a small health regeneration for a few seconds. It's a handy top-up during long trips across the desert — but it won't heal you like a proper medical item.
