I have problems signing in with Google or Apple — what should I do?

  1. Fully close and reopen the game (not just minimize).

  2. Update the game to the latest version: https://oxi.de/play

  3. Check your internet connection; if you use a VPN, turn it off and try again.

  4. Make sure the device is signed in to Google Play (Android) or your Apple ID (iOS).

  5. Restart your device and try again.

If it still fails, you can also sign in with another linked account — Discord, LINE, VK, TikTok or Yandex — if you've linked one.

Note: only one active session is allowed; signing in on a new device signs you out elsewhere.
